Pannonhalma: the place of traditions, wine, lavender and untouched nature!
The city is situated 20 minutes from Győr, on the way to Balaton. Pannonhalma is a unique place. It is well known about the Pannonhalma Archabbey what is one of the Hungarian World Heritages. It was founded as the first Hungarian Benedictine Monastery in 996 by Prince Géza.
The Abbey with its Basilica, Cloisters and monumental Library belong to the most important sights of Hungary.
